2. Personal data processed
Data you share by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail: name, phone number, e-mail address, company name, nationality, subject of your request and the content of your message. If a work permit process is started, application documents such as ID, passport, diploma, employment contract and company documents are also processed.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Your data is processed to respond to your request, make a preliminary assessment, submit an offer, carry out the work permit and related applications if a contract is made, and fulfil our legal obligations.
Legal bases: KVKK Art. 5/2-c (establishment or performance of a contract), 5/2-ç (legal obligation), 5/2-f (legitimate interest) and, where necessary, your explicit consent.
4. Transfer of data
Your data may be transferred only as far as needed to carry out the application to institutions and service providers such as the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, the social security institution, notaries and sworn translators. If you choose to write via WhatsApp, your message is transmitted subject to Meta Platforms’ terms of service.
5. Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention periods set out in the relevant legislation; afterwards it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Cookies and browser storage
Our site does not use cookies and contains no third-party tracking or analytics tools. It only uses your browser’s local storage to remember your preference (theme); fonts are served from our own server, and no request is sent to an external font service.
7. Your rights under KVKK Art. 11
- To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- To know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad,
- To request correction if incomplete or inaccurate, and to request deletion or destruction,
- To object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems,
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
You can send requests about your rights in writing to info@kazandanismanlik.com. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at most; you also keep the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
